The opportunities for partnerships between the French educational system and the UNWE in the priority areas for the university was the focus of the meeting between the Rector Prof. Dimitar Dimitrov and Frederic Petit, Member of Parliament of the French outside France, responsible for Region 7 which includes Bulgaria and 11 other countries.
The meeting with Bulgaria's largest economic university was part of Mr Petit's official visit to Bulgaria.

At the meeting were also discussed the opportunities for exchange of lecturers and the issuance of double diplomas - Bulgarian and French. The advantages provided by the Erasmus+ Programme were defined by the the two interlocutors as opportunities with great potential.

Prof. Dimitrov and Mr. Petit planned their next meeting, part of which will be focused on the Francophone universities in Europe and their partnerships with the UNWE.
