UNWE Ranked First among Bulgarian Scientific Institutions in the International Index IDEAS-RePEc

Our university occupied the first place in the international index IDEAS-RePEcby the number of published and registered authors from Bulgarian scientific organizations.

28 are the institutions from the country included in the ranking. 66 are the registered scientists from the UNWE in the largest index for economic literature out of a total of 210 research profiles from Bulgaria.

Almost all representatives of our university have publications from one, two or three periodicals of UNWE. Indexed in RePEc are Scientific Papers of UNWE, Yearbook of UNWE, Economic and Social Alternatives magazine and Economic Alternatives magazine. Most of the reviewers our publications work with are also authors at IDEAS-RePEc.
IDEAS-RePEc is the largest bibliographic indexing database for economic literature.It provides great opportunities for scientific visibility and comparability through personal profiles of researchers with publications. Registered authors are ranked according to various indicators.

UNWE has nearly 1,200 articles and studies indexed in RePEc by its periodicals. Their authors can also be included in the ranking. IT gives them the opportunity to enter the "Top 50" of researchers from Bulgaria in this index. Already 14 of our lecturers are ranked among the most published ones in the last 10 years. Other colleagues could also join after creating their RePEc accounts.
