The Rector of UNWE Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Statty Stattev and the Ombudsman Maya Manolova, alumnus of our university signed an Agreement of Cooperation.

In the Agreement both parties express their consent to implement joint activity on the conduction of student internship in the Ombudsman institution in conditions of stable partnership and mutually useful cooperation and in a full compliance with the academic programmes and various specialities of students from the UNWE.
The Agreement that we have signed will allow out students to meet closely the work of the Ombudsman institution having more and more important role in our society, declared the Rector Prof. Statev.

During their internship the students form the UNWE will acquire useful practical experience related to the defence of human rights. On the other hand they will be very useful to the Ombudsman institution in the implementation of its activity because there are more and more citizens asking for assistance, emphasized Maya Manolova.
The Dean of the Law Faculty Assoc. Prof. D.Sc.(Law) Jivko Draganov outlined that the Agreement would be exceptionally useful for the students.
