On 10 October was signed a Memorandum between the UNWE and the Higher Institute of Preparation – Amiens, France. In it is provisioned an education of foreign students, exchange of lecturers, joint scientific researches, etc. The document was signed by Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Statty Stattev, Rector of UNWE and Dr. Hing Sue, Director of the French Institute.

The specific forms of cooperation between both institutions were discussed in a session of the Rectors Managing Body of the university with the participation of representatives from the French Institute (in the picture below).
