Representatives of UNWE visited Hristo Botev Profiled High School and Paisii Hilendarsky High Language School in Dupnitsa, as well as 127. Ivan Nikolaevich Denkoglu High School in Sofia. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Georgy Nikolov, Head of the Regional Development Department, the Scientific Secretary of the Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elka Vassileva, Prof. Dr. Kamen Petrov, lecturer, Chief Assist. Dr. Nikola Tanakov and Chief Assist. Dr. Veselina Miteva met with pupils from 11th and 12th grade and introduced to them the opportunities provided by the UNWE for the following stage of their education.
They informed the high school pupils about the ways to apply to the University, the deadlines for submitting documents and the opportunities for entrance exams. They paid attention to the specialities and outlined their relevance for the modern conditions.
The pupils from Hristo Botev High School were from the profiled classes of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Humanitarian Sciences.

The pupils of 127. Ivan Nikolaevich Denkoglu High School, who attended the meeting, were from the profiled classes of Humanitarian Sciences and Natural Resources.

The representatives of UNWE also drew the attention of the high school pupils to the facilities and conditions for sports provided by our university. They presented the various opportunities that students have during their studies, such as participation in internship programmes, involvement in international projects, as well as for their career development.
